What is The Lincoln Hotel’s Deposit Policy?
A 50% Advance Deposit is required on the full amount of each stay.

What is The Lincoln Hotel’s Cancellation Policy?
Reservations can be fully canceled until 14 days before the first day of the reservation, minus a $50 administrative fee.

What Time is Check-In/Check-Out?
Check-In: 4:00 P.M.
Check-Out: 11:00 A.M.

What is The Lincoln Hotel’s Pet Policy? Is the Hotel Dog Friendly?
For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed at The Lincoln Hotel. Service dogs are welcome with the appropriate paperwork.

What is The Lincoln Hotel’s Smoking Policy?
The Lincoln is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Is the Pool Open to Residents of Biddeford?
The pool and all other amenities are available for the exclusive use of our guests and residents of The Lofts.
