Standard Daily Rate: Reservations require a 50% advanced deposit at the time of booking. Remaining 50% is due upon checkout.

Discounted Rates: Reservations require a 100% advanced deposit at the time of booking and are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.

Standard Daily Rate: Reservations are fully cancellable up to 14 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded minus a flat $50 fee if cancelled with more than 14 days notice. If reservations are cancelled with less than 14 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable and forfeited to The Lincoln Hotel.

Discounted Rates: 100% advanced deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled at any time. Deposit is forfeited to The Lincoln Hotel

For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed at The Lincoln Hotel. Service dogs are welcome with the appropriate paperwork.

The Lincoln is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

The pool and all other amenities are available for the exclusive use of our guests and residents of The Lofts.

Yes! Our lobby bar, coffee shop, and Batson River will all be open to the public.
